Olde Sussex, 130g
A traditional award winning cheddar with a rich, deep & striking flavour. Produced in West Sussex, where the cheddar is matured for up to 6 months.
Ashdown Forester, 125g
A full fat semi-hard unpressed cheeses with a creamy sightly squidy texture - very similar to Gouda. Made by hand at the Sussex based High Weald Dairy, with an attractive basket weave rind. The cheese is matured on the farm for over three months, producing a natural coloured rind, a creamy flavour and a delicious bite!
Goodweald Smoked, 125g
A hard farmhouse cheese that has been naturally smoked over oak chippings & based on an old British Farmhouse recipe. The cheese is matured for about two months in Sussex, before being smoked at the award winning Weald Smokery, where it is kept in kilns for about 4 days. It is then returned to the cheeserooms for a further month, giving enough time for the flavour to develop fully.
