    • Half or a Whole Free Range Local Chicken 1.56kg Approx 



    • Mixed Pitted Olives 
    • High Weald Halloumi 150g
    • Jar of Wooden Spoon Chilli Jam
    • Deli Tub of Red Pepper Hummus 
    • Pitta Breads 6 (2 for starter & 4 for main) 
    • Two - Corn on the Cobs in Husk   
    • Deli Tub of Coleslaw 
    • 4oz pot of Piri Piri Marinade 
    • Piri Piri Salt 
    • Twin Pack Little Gem Lettuce 
    • 400g Red Onion 
    • 500g Salad Tomatoes 
    • Red Desiree Potatoes for Chipping 


    To start, tuck in to mixed olives, sliced toasted Halloumi dipped into Chilli Jam & toasted sliced pittas dunked into delicious Red Pepper Hummus. 


    For the main Chicken, marinated in Piri Piri Sauce, stuffed into toasted pittas with Little Gem Lettuce, Red Onions & Tomatoes. On the side enjoy Coleslaw, Corn on the Cobs & Red Potato Fries sprinkled with Piri Piri Salt.
