- 400g Red Onion
- 500g Salad Tomatoes
- Red Desiree Potatoes for Chipping
To start, tuck in to mixed olives, sliced toasted Halloumi dipped into Chilli Jam & toasted sliced pittas dunked into delicious Red Pepper Hummus.
For the main Chicken, marinated in Piri Piri Sauce, stuffed into toasted pittas with Little Gem Lettuce, Red Onions & Tomatoes. On the side enjoy Coleslaw, Corn on the Cobs & Red Potato Fries sprinkled with Piri Piri Salt.
