From Paley Farm, Cranbrook. Paley’s Saddleback sows and Tamworth boars spend their days rooting, foraging and grazing outdoors in their paddocks. This cross results in distinctive, richly flavoured pork with great texture. Our pigs are bred to the highest welfare standards and grow slowly at their own pace, with plenty of space to explore the different landscapes of the farm, be sociable and wallow in the mud on sunny days.
