Using Ross & Ross Brussels Sprout Dust couldn’t be simpler. Parboil the sprouts for five minutes, then drain and chop them in half. Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan, when it’s hot add the greens, a knob of butter or vegan alternative, and the dust to taste.
