    Sussex Charmer have married the production methods of a traditional farmhouse cheese with that of a traditional Parmesan. This has created a cheese unlike any other. Made exclusively with milk from their own Welfare Assured cows, grass fed at Pallinghust Farm in Rudgwick, West Sussex. Creating this creamy and full bodied award-winning cheese.

    Produced in sunny Sussex, by Sarah & Mark at the High Weald Dairy  An organic mellow yet fragrant cheese which gets stronger in flavour as it matures (like all good cheeses!)
