OUR CURRENT DELIVERY DAYS ARE TUESDAY & FRIDAY
WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR DATE OF DELIVERY BUT ARE UNABLE AT PRESENT TO GIVE A SET TIME AND DELIVERIES TAKE PLACE FROM 8AM TO 7PM
Due to the current situation all our deliveries will be contactless. Our friendly drivers will place the package at the requested location and ring the bell to let you know. Our drivers will then maintain a safe 2 metres social distancing until the package has been received

WHY DO WE ONLY DELIVER 2 DAYS?
The Folly Farm prides itself on quality. Offering set delivery days helps us maintain our high quality standards, helps connect and receive orders from our like minded Famers and ensure all orders are administrated to the highest standard.
The Buyer may cancel any order for Goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 7 days. If, however, The Folly Farm starts to perform its side of the Contract with the agreement of the buyer before the buyer exercises this right to cancel, the right to cancel is lost.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods may have to be returned by the buyer to the Folly Farm within the best before date or use by date on the product. The buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund plus any delivery charges if the Goods are in fact defective and/or need to be returned.
